Healing happens when we build safe and resilient relationships.

With curiosity and compassion, I’ll hold space for your complex identities and internal conflicts so you can build a stable foundation in yourself as you move forward despite the fear that once held you back.

a group of ferns unfurling.

You and I are more than a checklist of identities. There’s also value in sharing a snapshot into how I’ve been shaped by my experiences. I am neurodivergent/ADHD, white (Irish/German ancestry), small fat, chronically ill with non-visible disabilities, and queer (bi, nonbinary/trans, fluid), among other things.

I was born & raised in the Bay Area and am deeply inspired by redwoods: their resilience, their beauty, and how their survival is rooted in community (pun intended!). The only reason redwoods can grow as large and old as they do is because their roots intertwine with other trees nearby to share stability and resources.

“Transform yourself to transform the world.” This doesn’t mean to get lost in the self, but rather to see our own lives and work and relationships as a front line, a first place we can practice justice, liberation, and alignment with each other and the planet.
